These terms apply to www.sbykarate.com, operated by Legacy Martial Arts, 327 Civic Avenue, Suite B, Salisbury, MD 21804. By using this website or submitting a form on it, you agree to them.

Using this website

The information here is provided in good faith to help you decide whether our school is right for your family. Class times, programs and availability change. Nothing on this site is a contract or a guarantee of enrolment.

Booking a free orientation

An orientation is free and carries no obligation. If you book one and cannot make it, please call or text 410-253-6981 so we can offer the slot to another family. We may need to move or cancel an appointment, and we will contact you if we do.

Messaging terms

These terms govern text messages sent by Legacy Martial Arts.

• Program. Legacy Martial Arts sends texts about class times, orientation appointments, appointment reminders, and occasional school news.
• Consent. We text you only if you ticked the consent box on one of our forms. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of attending our school. Every form on this site can be submitted without it.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages; your mobile carrier may.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, or call or text 410-253-6981, or email info@sbykarate.com.
• Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Membership and payment

Enrolment terms, tuition and cancellation are set out in the membership agreement you sign at the school. That agreement, not this website, governs your membership. We do not require a long-term contract; we ask for 30 days' notice to cancel.

Safety and risk

Martial arts is physical activity and carries a risk of injury. Students and parents are asked to disclose relevant medical conditions before training and to follow instructor direction at all times.

Content

The text, photographs and design on this website belong to Legacy Martial Arts. Please do not reproduce them without permission. Photographs of students are published only where a parent or guardian has given permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
